MobileMoney Ltd, Ghana’s leading fintech company, has assured customers and stakeholders of its commitment to prioritizing security and digital transformation in 2026. CEO Shaibu Haruna reflected on 2025 as a transformative year for the company’s digital services and fraud prevention efforts.
“2025 has been transformative, not just for MobileMoney LTD, but for the entire fintech ecosystem in Ghana,” Mr. Haruna said. The company deployed enhanced compliance tools and advanced fraud detection systems to safeguard customers against digital fraud, he explained.
Looking ahead, Mr. Haruna outlined key priorities for 2026, focusing on driving mobile app adoption, enhancing features, and simplifying the user experience. “Digital engagement is the future. In 2026, we will double down on making our app the preferred choice for customers,” he stated.
MobileMoney LTD also plans to deepen collaboration with regulators, leveraging opportunities in Ghana’s evolving financial services sector while maintaining high compliance standards.
