MTN Ghana Invites Shareholders to 8th Annual General Meeting

Scancom PLC (MTN Ghana) has invited shareholders to its 8th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 11:00 GMT. The meeting will be held in person at the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) Auditorium in Accra and streamed virtually via www.mtnghagm.com.
Key agenda items include receiving the 2025 Audited Financial Statements, declaring a final dividend, and re-electing Dr. Ishmael Yamson, Mrs. Antoinette Kwofie, Mr. Kofi Dadzie and Mr. Felix Addo as directors. Shareholders will also approve directors’ fees for 2026, authorise auditors’ remuneration, and consider revisions to the Non-Executive Directors’ Fee Policy.
Shareholders unable to attend may appoint a proxy, with forms downloadable from the AGM portal and due 48 hours before the meeting. Voting will be conducted electronically via USSD (*8990#), with a unique token sent by email and SMS. MTN network users will participate free of charge, while a dial-in option (+233 244 300 025) is available for those without smartphones. Attendees have been asked to bring their Ghana Card for identification.
