MTN Ghana Foundation Hands Over Accident & Emergency Block to Ho Teaching Hospital

The MTN Ghana Foundation has officially handed over an expanded Accident and Emergency (A&E) Block to the Ho Teaching Hospital as part of its Save a Life Initiative. The upgraded facility features 35 beds, state-of-the-art medical equipment, and an elevator, enhancing the hospital’s emergency care capabilities.
In his welcome address, the hospital’s CEO described the A&E unit as “the door to the hospital,” thanking MTN Foundation for its support. Adwoa Wiafe, Chief Corporate Services and Sustainability Officer, emphasized the importance of quality care, while Volta Regional Minister Hon. James Gunu appealed for further investment in healthcare .
