Crystal Rose Hotel CEO Denies GH¢50 Million Theft Allegation

Ms.Rose Hamilton,The CEO of Crystal Rose Hotel, has categorically denied allegations of stealing Gh¢50 million from the National Service Secretariat and fleeing to London.
In a press release by signed by Mr. Kwame Owusu Bampoe, Assemblyman for Aprade-Mesewamu electoral area, indicated that the claims, which have been circulating on social media, have been described as entirely false, baseless, and defamatory.
Ms. Hamilton’s team has issued a strongly worded statement denying the allegations and describing them as a malicious fabrication.
Contrary to the claims, Ms. Hamilton has not left Ghana at any point this year, according to the statement. The team has warned that legal action will be taken against those behind the hoax, putting social media users and media outlets on notice.
The statement described the publication as a “targeted character assassination” designed to destroy Ms. Hamilton’s reputation.
The allegations against Ms. Hamilton appear to be unfounded, and her team’s response suggests a determination to protect her reputation.
According to the team, similar cases of defamation have been reported in Ghana, stressing the importance of verifying information before sharing it on social media.
The team lamented that the spread of false information can have serious consequences, including damage to reputation and financial losses. Saying Ms. Hamilton’s decision to take legal action against those behind the hoax serves as a warning to individuals and organizations to be cautious when sharing information online.
