Ashanti NDC Chairman Urges Muslims to Continue Prayers for Economic Stability

Ashanti Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Andrews Augustus Nana Kwasi, has commended Muslims for their prayers toward peace and economic sustainability and appealed for continued support for government’s development agenda.
Speaking at an Eid-al-Fitr celebration at the party’s regional office, Mr. Kwasi called on Ghanaians of all faiths and backgrounds to back President John Dramani Mahama’s efforts to transform the economy and ensure fair distribution of national resources.
He said Ashanti Region would benefit from initiatives including the 24-hour economy market project in 36 districts, as well as roads, education and other key sectors. “The government is committed to sharing the national cake equitably,” he stressed, urging residents to support the President’s vision.
