Ahafo Ano South West DCE to Reward Best Workers

 The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West District in the Ashanti Region, Mr. Abubakar Sedik, has announced plans to reward the three best workers of the Assembly at the end of the year 2025. The DCE will donate one month’s salary to be shared among the top performers as a token of appreciation for their hard work.

According to Mr. Sedik, the initiative aims to motivate workers to strive for excellence in their duties, ultimately contributing to the development of the district and improving the standard of living of its people.

He tasked the District Coordinating Director to establish a committee to select the best workers based on their performance.

 One month’s salary to be shared among the three best workers to encourage workers to support the DCE’s vision for the district’s development

He indicated that the Workers are expected to be punctual, avoid absenteeism, and prioritize the welfare of the people regardless of their political backgrounds

The DCE believes that this initiative will empower workers to do their best for the development of the district. By recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, the Assembly aims to foster a culture of excellence and dedication among its staff.
