120,000 candidates seat for BECE in Ashanti region as Minister Urges them to be Courageous

About 1,20.000 BECE Candidates seat for this year in the Ashanti region has been tasked to courageous and eschew examination malpractices to come out with flying colours.
Dr Frank Amoakohene, Ashanti Regional Minister gave the advice after monitoring some of the candidates together with Dr Williams Appiah Amankrah Regional Director of Education and their entourage at Ahafo Ano South West and Atwima Nwabiagya North Districts in the region.
The Minister urged them to be courageous and focus on areas of their interest and put more effort to pass, says the effects they put in today would determined their success in future.
According to him, the BECE are the first steps in their life while their future aspirations depends on what they could use their tenure in education from the Junior High Schools to Tertiary Education do appropriately.
He reminded them that examinations is about hardworking, efforts, seriousness and dedication to one’s books, adding that it’s not even too late for those who are not yet prepared fully to do so until the last paper.
He assured them of the president John Dramani Mahama’s commitment to make available opportunities for those who could pass and pass well after the BECE and encourage them to have a group discussions by sharing ideas on topics related to their subjects and syllabus before sitting on any paper.
Dr Frank Amoakohene took the opportunity to donates pens and mathematical sets to the candidates at the various centers visited and encourage them not to panic but ask the invigilators whatever beaten their minds towards the Examination.
